Tess Blanchard has been lonely and desperate for love and passion since her fiance's death two years ago. This book was very entertaining. I really enjoy reading romances set back in history with many twists and turns. The story line was really good, but I kept waiting for the two main characters to discover their love for each other. I was captured between the pages and hope to read the other books in the series.
